Once the product is assembled or used we do not provide any warranty in case of any damage in the future.

No, you cannot place your order by phone. The ways of ordering are Online from our online store or from our showroom.
Our company’s premises, warehouses and showroom are located at 24 Konstantinou and Evripidou 24 Trachoni Limassol 4651, Cyprus.
The company homepaketo has a showroom with a small range of our products so that our customers can see the quality of our products.
Your order will be delivered by a partner transport company. Once you have completed your order, the available shipping methods will be displayed in your shopping cart. The available shipping methods that will be displayed depend on the volume and the area you choose to have the products delivered. In detail, the available ways of sending or receiving your order are the following:

- RECEIPT FROM THE EXHIBITION CENTRE

🕒 Delivery Hours: From 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
🚚 Delivery Method:Your items will be delivered on the sidewalk, right at the entrance of the address where your order was placed. If this is not possible, don’t worry, we will ensure that they are delivered to the nearest accessible place.

📞 Delivery Notification:You will receive a notification about 20 minutes before our arrival. This way, you will be prepared to receive your order.
If you have chosen to have your order delivered by a courier company with curbside delivery, then the delivery will be made to the curb of your address. If you wish to have the products delivered to your premises, then there is an extra charge for this service. If you wish to do so, you should call our service department before your order is shipped to let us know if this is possible.
The assembly of your products can be carried out with the consent of our store when placing the order. We work with external partners who specialise in assembly, and we will provide you with the relevant contact information to arrange assembly of the products at your site.
There is an additional charge for the assembly of the products, which depends on the type and number of products ordered, as well as the difficulty of the assembly. Details of the extra charge will be provided to you during the ordering process, as well as when contacting the external partners who will carry out the assembly. This will allow a transparent and accurate understanding of the costs involved before you complete your order.
Please note that the delivery of the products and their assembly may take place on different dates, in order to facilitate the process and serve you better.
The cost of transport depends on the volumetric characteristics. To calculate the shipping costs you can select the products you are interested in, add them to your shopping cart, click on the payment button to go to the tab for filling in your personal details and after you fill in the address where the products will be delivered, the exact shipping cost will be automatically displayed.

All our products are available in the dimensions and colors available in our online store and there is no possibility of custom-made furniture.
In case you receive a product that has a defect, please contact us for the immediate settlement of the order. A prerequisite is that no assembly of any kind has taken place beforehand.
Once you receive your order, all parts of the products are thoroughly checked for any defects and if all products are in perfect condition you can proceed to assembly. This check does not have to be done at the exact moment of receipt. However, if at the time of receipt you find that the parcel delivered to you by the carrier is in poor condition, it is advisable to refuse to accept it at that time.
If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return it, you have the right under European law to do so within 14 days of receipt of the product. To do this, you must have your order receipt.
The return procedure depends on the store. Usually, you will need to contact the store to let them know about the return and agree on the procedure.
The store will then inspect the product and, if it is in factory condition and undamaged, will refund your money.
