RIGHT OF RETURN
If you wish to return a product or part of your order you must notify us in writing via the contact form or by calling our customer service department on telephone . You must make this decision within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order. If the reason you wish to return the product due to a defect you must inform us immediately within 48 hours and also send us by email ([email protected]) a photo of the defect (be aware that it is not done for reasons of disbelief on your part. The photos help us to communicate with our suppliers and also to solve any quality issues that arise faster. In these cases a photo of the item is the best solution). In case the reason for the return is a defect or damage during transport the return costs are borne by HOMEPAKETO company if the shipment was undertaken by the partner transport company of HOMEPAKETO company. However, if the shipment of the order was undertaken by the customer with a transport company of his choice, HOMEPAKETO does not bear any responsibility for any damage or defect suffered by the product or products during transport. In case you wish to return the product or products ordered for some other reason e.g. you are not satisfied with the quality, color etc. then the shipping costs of returning the product are not covered by HOMEPAKETO and are borne by the customer. The refunded money does not include original shipping costs.
The refund of the price for any reason will be made no later than within fourteen (14) working days from the moment the COMPANY approved the request and received the possible return of the goods.
Also products which are listed as on order, are not refundable.
Necessary conditions for the return of products:
1. The product has not been used
2. The product is accompanied by its original packaging and all its contents
3. For items that have special factory packaging, the packaging must not be tampered with or damaged.
4. Not to have removed any labels or brand markings etc. that the products may have on them
5. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Without limiting the provisions on withdrawal of Article 9, the cancellation of the order can be made in the following cases: before the order is completed, during the online ordering process you can go back and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the button "delete" products. If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped you can call 2311230040 and a representative will take care of cancelling your order. After receiving the product, please call us at 2311230040 or contact us via the email form on the website, explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. If your order has already been invoiced and you wish to cancel it, please contact the Customer Service Department at 2311230040 and provide your order details. Also, if the order has been invoiced and has now been scheduled for delivery, the shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.
